HeForShe Leader (male individuals only)
This individual has influenced and made significant contribution to workplace policies that encourage diversity and inclusion. He is an active promoter of equal opportunity and has a history of championing gender equality.
HeForShe Influencer (female individuals only)
This individual has actively involved men in the movement for gender equality either within the workplace or local community.
Sumit is the Inclusive Diversity champion for Aviva in Singapore. He continuously demonstrates his passion for the gender balance agenda by role modelling HeForShe: raising levels of awareness, challenging inappropriate behaviours and promoting appropriate policies and practices e.g. no paperwork Flexitime policy. As a result, today Aviva has over 40% women in leadership / senior management roles.
